WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Join the Valentino team within our Bloomingdale's concession. As a Bloomingdale's employee dedicated to Valentino, you will deliver exceptional client service, drive sales, and create memorable luxury shopping experiences while representing the Valentino brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in-store and online
- Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations
- Drive sales and support customer loyalty initiatives
- Maintain merchandising and presentation standards
- Support operational excellence and selling floor execution
- Utilize technology and clienteling tools to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Passion for luxury retail, fashion, and client service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable using POS systems, handheld devices, and retail technology
