About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Verifications Analyst to help protect the integrity of our community. You’ll review applications and run identity and income verifications for people who want to become Landing members. You’ll be part of our Financial Planning, Strategy, and Risk Prevention team, focused on making every member’s experience smooth and trustworthy.
What You’ll Do:
- Review applications from prospective members looking to join Landing’s furnished apartment network.
- Conduct thorough identity and income verifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with prospective members to collect required documents and keep the process moving.
- Collaborate with our Sales and Member Experience teams to keep communication with applicants clear and timely.
What You Bring:
- English: Fluent (B2 to C1). Resumes and applications must be in English to be considered.
- Background in customer service and/or billing, with a commitment to outstanding service.
- Hands-on experience with identity and income verification, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable talking with customers by phone, email, and text.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Where and When:
This is a full-time role based in our Polanco office in Mexico City. It is not remote or hybrid.
- Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days off. Shifts fall between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and at least one weekend day is required. Your exact shift will be confirmed during the process.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $16,500MXN gross per month
- Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
- Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days)
- Paid time off: 40 hours per year (available after 30 days)
