About Investible

Investible is a leading Asia-Pacific venture capital firm backing ambitious founders solving meaningful global challenges through technology.

Founded in 2014, with offices in Sydney and Singapore, Investible manages a suite of early-stage venture capital funds and operates Club Investible, one of the region's most active startup investment communities. Across our funds and syndicate platform, we have invested in more than 140 technology companies spanning AI, climate tech, enterprise software, health, deep tech, fintech and emerging technologies.

Each year, we review thousands of investment opportunities and work closely with founders to help them scale through capital, strategic support and access to our global network of investors, operators and industry experts.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Portfolio & Capital Partnerships Associate to join our Singapore team.

role

About the Role

This is a junior investment role for someone who wants to understand how venture capital works from the inside: how portfolio companies are supported, how follow-on capital is raised, and how funds build the investor relationships that sustain them. You will own real outcomes from day one, and we will back you to grow your responsibilities as quickly as you're capable.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Principal (Singapore), you will work across Investible's portfolio, our capital partnerships with venture capital firms and investors across Asia and beyond, and the tools and workflows that make our investment team more effective.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role suited to someone who is commercially minded, organised and relationship-driven, with a genuine interest in technology and AI.

Working across Investible's venture funds and Club Investible, you will gain exposure to early-stage (Pre-seed to Series A) companies across Australia and Asia, and to the venture capital firms, family offices and institutional investors that back them.

We're also looking for someone who wants a long-term career in venture capital. If that's you, we'll invest in getting you there.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

- Monitor and report on an assigned portfolio of around 35–40 companies, tracking performance milestones, key operating metrics, and shareholder matters
- Flag risks and opportunities early, develop intervention strategies and recommend reserve capital allocation with the investment team
- Support portfolio company fundraising, including preparing materials, coordinating investor introductions, and tracking investor engagement
- Connect portfolio companies with Club Investible members as customers, advisers and co-investors
- Contribute to portfolio reporting and investor communications

Capital Partnerships

- Work with ecosystem partners to position Investible at the centre of venture capital conversations in Asia
- Build relationships with leading venture capital, growth, and strategic investors, tracking mandates and decision-makers in our CRM
- Originate qualified LPs in Asia to support Investible's fundraising and organise fundraising dinners and events
- Secure speaking, panel and media opportunities for the team
- Coordinate with the marketing team on content and events

AI Tooling & Investment Operations

- Lead the investment team's adoption of AI tools and workflow automation
- Automate portfolio data collection and reporting, CRM workflows, deal triage and research support
- Track time saved and improvements in reporting quality
- Work with the operations team so that investment tooling complements firm-wide systems

About You

We're hiring for drive and organisation first. Venture-specific skills can be developed; the habit of following through cannot.

We care more about how you think than where you've been. You might come from venture capital, banking, consulting, investor relations, a startup or a venture platform role. What matters is that you've worked in high-stakes environments where precision, reliability, judgement and relationships were what counted.

You will likely demonstrate:

- 1–3 years' experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, investor relations, startup operations or a venture platform role
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation, and a habit of using them to work faster and better
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with company financials and performance metrics
- Excellent organisation and follow-through across many workstreams at once
- Confidence building relationships with founders, investors and partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Initiative, ownership and a willingness to operate independently and in a fast-moving environment
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across our Singapore and Australian offices
- A genuine interest in startups, technology and the Asian venture ecosystem
- A long-term commitment to a career in venture capital

Ready to Apply?

To apply, please submit your CV alongside short answers (150–200 words each) to the following three questions:

- Tell us about a time you pursued something hard that most people gave up on. What happened, and what did it reveal about how you operate?
- Describe a workflow you have improved or automated using AI tools. What did you build, and what difference did it make?
- Choose a venture capital firm or investor active in Asia that you admire (excluding Investible). Why them, and how would you start building a relationship with them?

Applications that do not include answers to all three questions will not be reviewed. We encourage the use of AI across our team, but these questions are designed to understand how you think. Please answer them in your own words.
