We are seeking a dedicated Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. Responsibilities

- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks
- Respond effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Document incidents accurately through detailed reports for future reference and action
- Enforce facility policies and procedures consistently, ensuring compliance at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries courteously while maintaining security standards

Requirements

- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations diplomatically
- Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response procedures
- Ability to remain alert during overnight shifts for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
