Were looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join a fun, fast paced team in the hair and personal care industry. This is not your typical front desk role. Youll be part of the client experience from the moment they walk in, helping create a welcoming environment and supporting people through a very personal journey.
What Youll Do
- Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer calls and help clients get the information they need
Schedule and confirm appointments
Process transactions accurately
Partner with the styling and service teams to keep the day running smoothly
Help with retail and service opportunities
Support clients with questions, appointment changes, and general needs
Jump in where needed and be part of a team that works closely together
What Were Looking For
- At least one year of customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, medical office, or similar experience
Warm, professional communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Comfort using scheduling, point of sale, or business software
Dependable and able to stay composed in a busy environment
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and working as part of a team
