We're looking for friendly, energetic individuals with great people skills to join our team for the busy holiday season. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll help guests select their perfect holiday tree and discover our wide variety of outdoor plants, decor, and seasonal merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exception customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist guests with product selection, care instructions, and delivery options.
- Process sales and special orders accurately through our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and festive sales area.
- Participate in all scheduled trainings and team meetings.
- Support teammates to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for every guest.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Knowledge of or interest in holiday trees, outdoor plants, and basic horticulture.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of customers.
- Comfortable using computers for sales transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 25 Ibs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Dependable, positive, and collaborative team player.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Enrollment or certification in Horticulture preferred.
- Prior retail or sales experience highly desirable.
