About the Opportunity - We have a full-time opportunity available in our Brookvale Timber team. We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Senior In-Store Sales Representative who enjoys building customer relationships, providing product advice and driving sales.

You'll play an important role in supporting customers with their timber requirements, coordinating projects and helping deliver a high level of customer service. Previous experience in in-store sales, retail or building supplies is essential, with timber product knowledge highly regarded.

What You'll Be Doing

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable timber products and solutions.

- Preparing and processing quotes, sales orders, schedules and returns accurately.

- Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business.

- Working closely with external sales representatives and internal teams to deliver customer solutions.

- Coordinating in-store projects, contractors and timelines to meet deadlines.

- Managing store scheduling to support efficient operations and achieve sales and gross profit targets.

- Monitoring project progress and resolving customer issues promptly.

- Maintaining a safe, organised and welcoming store environment.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum two years' experience in in-store sales, retail sales or a customer-facing role.

- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

- Timber or building supplies product knowledge will be highly regarded.

- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.

- Confidence building customer relationships and managing multiple priorities.

- Ability to coordinate projects, schedules and competing deadlines.

- Proactive, solutions-focused and team-oriented attitude.

- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
