About this role
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or
related discipline. Is able to work closely with customers, FAE and CSE teams
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment or advanced packaging.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering, field service, or sustaining teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electromechanical systems.
- Experience supporting customer production lines and managing escalations. Familiarity with reliability metrics such as MTBA, uptime, and service performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Taiwan and occasionally internationally.
