Looking for an opportunity to influence change as part of a high-impact team? As a Senior Change Manager, you'll help shape how ACC delivers meaningful outcomes for New Zealanders through a range of typically large or complex initiatives – be that health services, technology or business initiatives. You'll partner with leaders and programme/project teams to develop change strategies and implementation activities that drive adoption, build capability and deliver sustainable results.

You'll join the Design and Change team within Change Delivery, part of ACC's Strategy, Engagement & Prevention group. This is a highly regarded team that sits at the centre of some of ACC's most significant change delivery and business improvement initiatives. You'll work alongside talented practitioners who are passionate about solving complex problems, partnering with leaders and creating practical, people-centred change. The environment is collaborative, supportive and intellectually stimulating, providing opportunities to influence decisions while continuing to grow your own capability and leadership. You’ll be responsible for enabling the implementation of change processes in their entirety – from identifying impacts through to embedding and sustaining the change. You will also be expected to actively contribute to our change practice and mentor or support other team members.

The team is collaborative and delivery-focused and operates in a matrix structure. Practitioners currently work in a wide range of initiatives, including service redesign, technology platform introduction and digitalisation initiatives.
