Pool Valet Account Manager

Auckland | minimum 40 hours per week | Permanent

L ead from the front in a hands-on account management role in our Pool Valet team. This is not a desk-based Account Manager role.  Deliver specialist work and exceptional client service, coordinate efficient and profitable service delivery, and develop the technical knowledge and capability of the teams. Maintain healthy, well-presented pools while strengthening client relationships and growing revenue from existing and new clients.

The role

- Provide exceptional service to existing and potential clients, meeting their priorities and expectations.

- Deliver quality services, jobs and renovations on time and within budget, with minimal rework.

- Improve operational efficiency, team productivity and utilisation.

- Build personal, team and divisional capability through training and coaching.

- Contribute to a positive culture and a health and safety-first mindset.

- Generate profitable revenue through new business and additional services for existing clients.

About You

You have strong technical skills working hands-on in pool valet, with a minimum of 3 years experience. This is an opportunity to utilise your leadership, coordination and communication skills. You thrive on being able to build strong relationships and finding win-win solutions for clients and staff.
