Job Requirements
Mission / Position Summary:
Responsible for defining and evaluating the technical architecture and implementation approach for software products. Lead the design of scalable, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and guide software architecture and technical implementation strategies.
- Assess the feasibility of functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and portability, in collaboration with product management.
- Evaluate different technical solutions and support architectural decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing components and promote standardization.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring architectural consistency and high-quality delivery.
- Own and maintain all architecture-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to risk analysis and define mitigation plans by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and experts.
- Work closely with global Business Line architects and internal software architects.
- Participate in technical knowledge sharing and promote architecture best practices across projects and teams.
Qualifications :
- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in software development area.
- 12+ years of experience in software design and architecture.
- Experience in the medical or healthcare domain is must.
- Strong knowledge of developing/designing imaging applications.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and protocols such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.
- Good understanding of medical quality standards, including ISO 13485.
