We are hiring for Landscape Architect for Andhra Pradesh
### Location: Gurugram / Project Site
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Arch / Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
- ### Develop landscape design concepts, plans, sections, and detailed drawings for projects.
- ### Prepare landscape layouts, planting plans, hardscape and softscape designs.
- ### Coordinate with architects, civil, structural, MEP and other engineering teams.
- ### Prepare design presentations, 3D views and relevant project documentation.
- ### Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.
- ### Assist in site visits, inspections and coordination with contractors/vendors.
- ### Prepare BOQs, specifications and material selections related to landscape works.
- ### Incorporate sustainable landscape practices and appropriate plant species.
- ### Support senior landscape architects in design development and project delivery.
Required Skills
- ### Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- ### Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape or other 3D visualization tools.
- ### Good understanding of landscape design, planting, hardscape and softscape.
- ### Knowledge of landscape materials, irrigation systems and site development.
- ### Good communication, coordination and presentation skills.
- ### Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred: Experience in large-scale urban development, infrastructure, township, commercial or public-realm projects.
