About this role
The incumbent will apply engineering principles to optimize and improve manufacturing processes and products, drive quality, cost, and productivity improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support new product and process development through cross-functional collaboration
- National Diploma/Degree in Engineering Field (Mechanical or Electrical) with Trade certificate as an added advantage.
- Leadership Qualities and Strong Self Discipline.
- Must have displayed proven capability of leading a team in current or previous roles.
