- Collaborating with Engineers and Senior Engineers to understand the workplace technology stack, shadow more complex work, and grow your technical capability.

- Assisting with device deployments, configuration activities, and general workplace technology operations.

- Helping shape the Tech Bar experience and contributing to a culture of exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Previous experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, or workplace technology, with a strong interest in developing your technical skills.

- Some experience supporting Mac devices in a workplace or enterprise environment.

- A people-first mindset, with a genuine interest in helping others and creating a positive support experience.

- Confidence communicating face-to-face, asking thoughtful questions, and guiding people through solutions.

- A grounding in workplace technology, including hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, device setup, and common workplace tools.

- Curiosity and a willingness to learn across both Windows and Apple technology environments.

- The ability to manage multiple requests, stay calm under pressure, and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.

- A proactive, customer-focused approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive team culture.

- Exposure to Jamf or a similar Mac OS device management platform is highly regarded.

Perks and benefits we’ll offer you:

- Flexible hybrid working options through our Flex Where, Flex When, Flex Well policy, spending 60% of your week in our National Office

- We’ll provide multiple ways for you to learn from online micro-credentialing in Udemy, support to gain certifications to tech community events and more.
