Manager - Investment Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Manager, Investment Operations to join our Fund Management Operations team at RHB Asset Management Singapore. This is a 1-year contract role (convertible to permanent depending on performance) involving overseeing end-to-end operational processes across fund structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic business initiatives.

What you will be doing

·       Manage operations including transfer agency, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions.

·       Review NAVs and support audits for Unit Trusts and Private Equity Funds.

·       Coordinate new fund launches and setup of investment vehicles.

·       Perform AML/CFT and KYC due diligence for onboarding.

·       Support FATCA and CRS compliance activities.

·       Act as BCP Coordinator and assist with cross-functional business support.

·       Contribute to middle office coverage and ad-hoc strategic projects.

What we're looking for

·       At least 3-7 years of experience in the operations department in asset management.

·       Familiarity with AML/CFT, EDD/CDD and KYC due diligence.

·       Experienced in dealing with custodians, brokers, administrators.

·       Good knowledge of at least one Financial Markets product or business type (Fixed Income, Equities, Treasury)

·       Comfortable communicating with senior management.

·       Effective design and procedural writing skills.

·       Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately.
