Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Specialised Pavements and Projects team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of the civil component of exciting specialised pavement projects , ensuring zero harm and that cost, quality and delivery requirements meet contract specifications.

The position is suited to candidates with extensive experience in civil construction , ideally across airports, racetracks, major roadworks or other specialised pavement projects . Following the completion of this project, you will work across a portfolio of projects nationally. The successful candidate can be based out of Adelaide, Brisbane or Melbourne.

This position will require national travel and can be based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne

About you

- Ideally, you will have qualifications in civil engineering, business management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable project management experience delivering major civil construction, road, airport, racetrack or specialised pavement projects .
- A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients and stakeholders and developing new business opportunities.
- A solid understanding of tendering and contract negotiation.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution and financial reporting.
- A proactive approach to change management, with the ability to lead, develop and inspire teams.
