## Job Description

Mandatory Skills: .NET Application Security (OAuth2 + JWT + ASP.NET Identity + OWASP), Angular 14+, Angular Components & Design Patterns, ASP.NET Web API (REST APIs), Microservices Architecture, Data Access, ActiveMQ

- 10+ years hands-on development and architecture support using C#, .NET, Web APIs, Angular .

- Act as Scrum Master for 1-2 Scrum teams .

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

- Review application architecture, technical designs, and implementation approaches.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and guide teams on resolution strategies.

- Mentor developers and drive technical excellence across teams.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering leadership on technology roadmaps.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

- Track sprint progress, team velocity, capacity planning, and delivery commitments.

- Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity.

- Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.

- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs.
