Are you passionate about video production, podcasting, social media, and digital content creation? We are looking for a creative and motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager in producing engaging multimedia content for our global audiences.

This hybrid role combines flexible remote work with on-site collaboration in Frankfurt am Main , where our dedicated Primion Studio serves as a hub for recording podcasts, webinars, video interviews, live streams, and other digital formats.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our Global Marketing team , you will support the creation and production of high-quality digital content , including:

- Planning, recording, and editing podcasts, webinars, interviews, and video content
- Supporting live and recorded productions in the Primion Studio in Frankfurt am Main
- Editing videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, campaigns, and events
- Creating social media video snippets, audiograms, teasers, and highlight clips
- Enhancing video and audio quality using professional editing tools
- Adding subtitles, graphics, animations, and branding elements
- Supporting content distribution across social media and digital channels
- Managing digital media assets and maintaining content libraries
- Assisting with content performance analysis and optimisation
- Researching current trends in video marketing, podcasting, and social media content

Requirements

Key Qualifications

- Preferred Degree Programmes

Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Media & Communication, Film and Video Production or a related field

- Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently enrolled at a university or college
- Based in or near Frankfurt am Main
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, video production, and storytelling
- Experience with at least one video editing tool (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or Canva)

- Experience with at least one audio editing tool (such as Adobe Audition, Audacity or Descript)

- Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Ability to independently manage creative projects
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English

- Nice-to-Have

Experience with podcast production workflows
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects or similar)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, and B2B content marketing
- Experience operating cameras, microphones, lighting, and studio equipment
- Experience with recording and live streaming tools (e.g. Riverside, StreamYard, OBS Studio)
- Understanding of content performance metrics and analytics
- Experience with AI-supported content creation and editing tools (e.g. Descript, Adobe Podcast, Opus Clip)
