Python Software Engineer - Hybrid

This is a hybrid role based in the Warsaw office (2 days per month).

This role will focus on building practical solutions, starting with AI-enabled agents, to help internal teams accelerate the onboarding of new retailers, improve testing workflows, and turn ideas into reliable services.You will decide how things get built, not just build them. That means going deep into the onboarding domain, shaping technical approaches, and drawing on architecture and infrastructure support from other development teams when you need it.
 
Your tasks will include:

- Work independently to design and implement complex solutions within the team’s problem domain
- Take full ownership of a product, from development and testing through to deployment
- Scope and estimate new work carefully, and follow through on commitments
- Build services and components using modern frameworks, tools, and cloud services
- Spot and flag risks, ambiguity, complexity, and dependencies early
- Collaborate with specialists in areas such as usability, cloud automation, and service reliability
- Share technical knowledge, patterns, and good practices with the wider team
- Review code and give constructive feedback to teammates
 
Te be a good fit for the Software Engineer role, you will have:

- 2+ years of experience with Python, databases, and cloud technologies
- Hands-on experience with at least one Python web framework, such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Comfortable working across multiple layers of the technology stack
- Familiarity with agent frameworks and protocols, such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or MCP
- A track record of writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code that follows best practices
- Practical experience building applications of varied scope, where good judgment and problem-solving are key
- A good understanding of agile development
- Strong communication skills, including proactively sharing progress and risks with the team
- The ability to manage several tasks at once

Nice to Have

- Cloud experience, ideally with AWS
- React or other frontend experience
- Experience building AI agents used in production by real users
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration
