Producer / Account Manager - Commercial

We are looking for a Producer / Account Manager to take care of one of our key client in Prague and lead the projects we create together. Someone who genuinely enjoys working with clients, understands what great service means and knows how to turn requests, ideas and sometimes last-minute changes into well-managed production.It's a role for someone who likes responsibility, enjoys a fast pace and gets real satisfaction from seeing both the client and the team happy with the result. What Awaits You:Building and maintaining a strong day-to-day relationship with our client, understanding their needs and making sure they feel heard, supported and well taken care of.Being the main point of contact, managing incoming briefs, requests and expectations, and keeping communication clear and proactive.Taking ownership of projects from the initial brief and bidding through planning, production and final delivery.Working closely with our Head of Production, Supervisors on bids, budgets, timelines and capacity planning.Coordinating and leading production across different teams, from traditional post-production and VFX to AI-driven projects.Finding solutions when priorities change, challenges come up or things don't go according to plan.Keeping an eye on budgets, deadlines, resources and the overall quality of delivery.Balancing client needs with what's realistic and achievable for our teams, knowing when to go the extra mile and when to push back.What Makes You a Match:You have experience in account management, client service or production, ideally within an advertising agency, creative studio or production company.You understand what it means to look after a demanding client and genuinely enjoy building long-term relationships.You are organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for someone to tell you what to do.You can think on your feet, react quickly and stay calm when several things need your attention at once.You are solution-oriented. You don't just report problems; you look for ways to move things forward.You are naturally approachable, friendly and confident. You know how to make people feel comfortable, but you can also have difficult conversations, negotiate and set boundaries when needed.You speak fluent Czech and can communicate confidently in English in everyday work situations.Life at PFXYou'll be close to everything: the client, the artists and the production.
