We are looking for an Expert Full Stack Developer to join the Technical Portal team, which builds the shared platform that dozens of product teams use to deliver the Sales Digital Workstation to insurance agents in multiple countries. You will focus on cross-cutting services, delivery pipelines, edge and API layers, and the tooling that lets other teams ship through self-service.

You will work in a team spanning Munich, Barcelona, and Bangkok, with architects, product owners, and partner teams across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

What you do

- Build and operate services and APIs for the shared platform, including authentication and configuration.
- Automate CDN, WAF, and API gateway delivery with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD, so product teams can self-serve.
- Own deployment and release pipelines with GitHub Actions and Argo CD on Kubernetes across countries and environments, including moving existing pipelines off Jenkins.
- Build scripts, CLIs, and internal tooling that automate repetitive work for the platform and its users.
- Run the platform in production: monitoring, troubleshooting with SRE and partner teams, secrets management, and security remediation.
- Lead dependency upgrades other teams adopt, with clear migration guides.
- Coordinate changes with partner teams across time zones, keep the teams that use the platform informed, and raise risks early.

What you bring

Must-have:

- 7+ years in software engineering, with significant platform or DevOps work.
- Building cross-cutting services in Java and Spring Boot, including REST API design.
- Working proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js) for scripting, API gateway policies, and tooling other engineers use.
- CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitOps with Argo CD, and Kubernetes and Helm for deploying and running services.
- Operating production systems on a cloud platform (e.g., AWS): monitoring, troubleshooting, and secrets management.
- Solid grasp of web and edge security: OAuth2/OIDC, tokens, CORS, Content Security Policy (CSP), CDN caching, and API gateways.
- Fluent English, with strong technical writing (design docs, READMEs, migration guides) and a track record of driving topics to completion across teams you do not manage.
- Practical use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), with the judgment to validate their output.

Nice-to-have:

- Angular, ideally with micro-frontend architecture (e.g., Module Federation).
- Akamai, Apigee, Dynatrace, and Terraform.
- Migrating pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions.
