Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and ensure effective therapy outcomes through evidence-based interventions.
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and interns, ensuring quality standards, clinical excellence, and adherence to protocols.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers, monitor patient progress, and recommend modifications to treatment plans for optimal functional improvement.
