About the job
Shape quality excellence for Franke Coffee Systems across China and APAC. Lead supplier quality management, ensure world-class product quality, and support strategic localization and new product launches. This is a unique opportunity to safeguard the Franke brand while driving continuous improvement and growth in the dynamic coffee industry.
Your tasks
- Lead supplier quality management, driving quality performance and continuous improvement across external manufacturing partners.
- Ensure product quality and compliance, overseeing testing, validation, and quality approvals for new product launches and engineering changes.
- Support industrialization and localization projects, including prototyping, engineering builds, pilot production, and localized manufacturing setup.
- Analyze quality performance data, customer complaints, warranty claims, and field feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to resolve customer and field quality issues effectively.
- Monitor and report quality KPIs, supplier performance, and quality trends to drive operational excellence.
- Safeguard Franke quality standards, ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, with 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience in the commercial coffee machine industry, supplier quality management, and product industrialization from prototype to mass production.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies, including ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP/FAI, PFMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
