We are looking for a passionate Bid and Project Coordination Specialis t who thrives on orchestrating Interco complex projects and ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the future of sustainable mobility by driving excellence in project execution and bid management.

Your role, your impact

- Manage multiple Intercompany transfer projects, taking ownership from the bidding phase through project execution and close-out.

- Support the preparation of accurate and competitive bids by providing the technical, commercial and project inputs required for the proposed solution.

- Coordinate project activities with other Alstom sites and internal teams, ensuring clear alignment on scope, responsibilities, deliverables and priorities.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.

- Monitor project scope, budget, progress and risks, addressing issues and coordinating actions to keep projects on track.

- Lead project closure activities, ensuring agreed deliverables and operational objectives are completed.

What you bring

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Good technical and commercial understanding, with the ability to analyze financial and technical data to support decision-making.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, with a flexible, well-organized and detail-oriented approach.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and international teams

- Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

- Good understanding of bid processes is an advantage
