- Provide Project Managers with timely updates on upcoming events, changes, and project requirements.

- Participate in project handover meetings and develop a strong understanding of assigned projects.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling information in Procore and other project management systems.

- Work closely with Project Coordinators and Project Managers to support day-to-day project coordination.

- Build strong working relationships with General Contractors and internal teams to improve communication, transparency, and project delivery.

- Look for opportunities to improve our scheduling, reporting, and coordination processes and raise the bar on what we deliver to our clients.

What You Bring

- Experience in project scheduling, project coordination, or project management within commercial construction.

- Strong understanding of construction schedules, sequencing, trade coordination, and project requirements.

- Experience working with General Contractors and multiple project stakeholders.

- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess information and identify potential impacts.

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate schedule changes, progress, and potential roadblocks.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and schedules can change frequently.
