Job Description Summary
We are seeking a versatile Data Engineer (Tech Lead) to design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines while driving automation and AI initiatives across global teams. This role bridges back-end data engineering with front-end dashboard development, taking full ownership of projects from scoping through production deployment. The ideal candidate thrives in an international English-speaking environment and possesses mandatory background in both Data Engineering and RPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Integration & Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain robust end-to-end data pipelines connecting varied source systems to analytical environments and Power BI.
- Full-Stack Execution: Balance back-end data engineering (ETL/ELT, architecture, pipeline orchestration) with front-end activities (dashboarding and Power Platform solutions).
- Process Automation: Integrate RPA tools (UiPath or equivalent) into existing workflows to streamline cross-system data processes.
- Autonomous AI Initiatives: Scrape requirements, scope, and deliver emerging Agentic AI projects independently.
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead project delivery lifecycle from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Global Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple continents and time zones in fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory Experience: Direct, hands-on background in both Data Engineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to take complete ownership of complex data projects end-to-end.
- Communication: Business-level English fluency for daily interaction with international stakeholders.
- Mindset: Demonstrated curiosity, analytical rigor, and a strong sense of personal accountability over raw years of service.
