Location : Westborough, MA – NERC - Acute Treatment Services (ATS)
Pay rate : $21.00-$23.00/hour
Schedule : Full-time. Sunday-Thursday, 3:00pm-11:30pm

The Lead Recovery Specialist is responsible for:
- Maintaining the safety and security of clients and staff on assigned shift.
- Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies.
- Monitoring client activity and program schedules.
- Ensuring shift log entries and shift reports are up to date and complete.
- Ensuring shift activities are maintained and expedited in a timely manner.
- Maintaining weekly outside meeting calendar and coordinating transports efficiently.
- Ensuring the program medication cart is maintained, including standard medications are in stock and the med cart is kept organized.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- One to three years, or equivalent experience, in a direct care facility working with youth preferred.
- The ability to model appropriate interactions for clients and ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure that procedures are followed, and order maintained is required.
- Applicant must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
