What you get to do:
As a Food Service Ambassador, you’ll ensure a great eating experience for our guests at restaurants, carts, kiosks, coffee shops, dessert stations, and other food and beverage locations throughout the park. Responsibilities include:

- Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Providing information and recommendations on menu items
- Supporting guests with dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests
- Preparing food items including produce, desserts, snacks, and entrees
- Taking and fulfilling guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
- Maintaining clean dining, kitchen, and back-of-house areas
- Assisting with product deliveries and stocking inventory
- Following food safety and cash-handling procedures

What it takes to succeed:

- Must be at least 16 years old
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale (cash register) systems
- Ability to work with all food types, including food allergens, in any dining facility
- Ability to train on and properly use food service equipment and required protective gear
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of all required training, including ServSafe and Responsible Vendor Training
- Previous food service, cash handling, POS, or theme park experience is preferred
