The Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operational management of mixed-use assets, including office, retail, and residential components, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient site operations. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, permits, and service delivery across the property, liaising with internal teams, contractors, tenants, and residents to ensure operational continuity and a consistently high standard of occupant experience. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Operations and Facilities Management team during both routine activities and planned maintenance or project works..
Key Responsibilities
Site Coordination and Access Management The role involves coordinating with property operations and engineering teams to support the scheduling and execution of maintenance, repair, and project works across the asset. The coordinator will liaise with the Operations and Facilities Management team for the release of work access areas, common areas, back-of-house spaces, and lay-down areas, ensuring these are appropriately allocated and available for contractor or project execution without disrupting tenant, retail, or resident operations.
Reporting and Compliance The Operations Coordinator will report to the Facilities or Operations Manager on any operational factors or constraints that may impact maintenance works, fit-outs, or project progress across the asset. This includes monitoring day-to-day operational compliance, identifying non-conformance issues, providing reports, and advising on corrective outcomes.
