We are currently searching for motivated and dedicated individuals who are ready to take that next step of their career.What you can expect from the role: Lead and deliver ERP transformation projects for clients across Belgium and the Netherlands, ensuring successful outcomes throughout the full project lifecycle.Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximise value from their ERP investments through effective business process and solution design.Drive the growth of Arcwide's presence in the Flanders region by building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Help customers explore and adopt AI, automation, and digital innovation capabilities within their ERP landscape to improve operational efficiency and business performance.Support business development activities, including customer meetings, solution presentations, workshops, and proposal contributions.Work closely with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions for customer challenges.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.Collaborate with international teams across Arcwide to bring industry expertise, best practices, and innovation to our customers.Contribute to the continued development of Arcwide's ERP consulting capabilities, helping to strengthen our position as the leading IFS partner in the region.What we will look for in your CV:Proven experience delivering ERP implementations, transformations, or large-scale business applications projects in a consulting or client-facing environment.Strong functional understanding of ERP solutions, such as IFS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Unit4, or similar platforms.A specialisation in a functional business area such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service Management, Projects, Asset Management, or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) would be highly advantageous.Experience managing stakeholders and leading workshops, with the ability to communicate confidently with both business and technical audiences.A commercial mindset with experience supporting customer growth, business development, account management, or pre-sales activities.Interest or experience in AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities to drive innovation and business value for customers.Strong consultancy skills, including problem-solving, business process analysis, and the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions.Fluent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken.Based in Belgium, with a strong understanding of the Flanders market and willingness to travel across Belgium and the Netherlands as required.Why you will enjoy working at Arcwide: Competitive Salary - where you are rewarded for both your individual and company performance. Benefits Packages - you will also have access to excellent benefit packages including holidays, private healthcare insurance, pension contributions, wellness programmes, mobile phone and laptop, and much more! Hybrid working – where each team has autonomy to determine their in-person and remote working schedule.Continuous learning – we understand that it is imperative to invest in our people’s development and we ensure that you are always progressing in your career or learning development. Equal & inclusive culture – we are committed to having a diverse and inclusive workforce where each individual feels they belong and can thrive in a work environment with a strong sense of community.About Arcwide: As the demand for IFS Cloud consulting continues to grow worldwide, Arcwide strategically positions itself as the largest preferred IFS partner by combining the world-class business consultancy of BearingPoint with the best-in-class cloud technology and innovation of IFS, to implement digital business transformation globally, delivering more value, faster.
