• Assess the liquidity implications of business growth strategies, product offerings, and balance sheet changes.
• Monitor emerging business, market, and regulatory developments that may affect liquidity risk.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance liquidity analytics, reporting, stress testing, and risk measurement capabilities.
• Partner with Business, Treasury, Finance, Risk, and global counterparts to align funding strategies, regulatory expectations, and liquidity risk management practices.
• Lead contingency funding and resolution planning activities for structured finance market disruptions, including the development of playbooks and management action frameworks.
• Deliver management insights, regulatory support, and strategic recommendations regarding funding resilience, concentration risks, market dislocations, and emerging liquidity vulnerabilities.
• Represent U.S. Treasury in governance forums, regulatory reviews, and strategic initiatives while promoting a strong risk and control environment and developing team capabilities.
• Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Conduct activities in accordance with applicable regulations, internal policies, the Bank's Code of Conduct, and established operational, compliance, sanctions, and conduct risk controls.
• Promote a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
