You will help sustain the reliability of our platform under a trunk-based, continuously delivered way of working. Your work will help us deliver exceptional user experiences and maintain high standards of product excellence. We encourage applications from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences.

- Identify, document and track defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear and concise descriptions of issues.
- Review test cases and automated tests written by other QA engineers.
- Embed automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline, keeping merge-gate and nightly regression suites reliable.
- Investigate and address test flakiness to maintain confidence in automated results.
- Participate in design and requirement reviews, providing input on testability and quality risks.
- Collaborate with developers to identify the root cause of issues.
- Work with the DevOps and SRE teams to ensure test environments and test data are stable and available.
- Lead testing activities during sprint and release cycles.
- Communicate complex issues clearly to both business and technical teams, and report test results to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice in software testing and test automation.
Skill Requirements:
We understand that candidates may not have every single skill listed below. We encourage you to apply if you possess a strong foundation in automation QA and a willingness to learn and grow.
- 3–5 years' proven experience as a QA engineer or in a similar role, including hands-on test automation.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and processes, and of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Hands-on knowledge of Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tooling, such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.

- Ability to lead testing activities during sprint and release.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying issues and inconsistencies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
Desirable experience
- Experience working in a trunk-based development and continuous delivery environment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and testing tooling.
- Familiarity with basic SQL queries for database validation.
- Exposure to performance testing concepts.
- Experience stabilising large end-to-end regression suites and reducing automation debt.
