The Role

As a Resource Distribution & Planning Team Lead within Workforce department you will oversee scheduling operations, workforce allocation, capacity planning, and operational efficiency across our teams. This role is critical in ensuring that the right resources are in place at the right time to support business priorities. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders to optimize scheduling, balance workloads, and contribute to strategic workforce planning.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Lead and manage the Resource Distribution & Planning team, ensuring efficient day-today operations.

- Oversee the allocation of resources across projects, shifts, and business units to ensure coverage and efficiency.

- Monitor staffing capacity and proactively address forecast variances, potential shortages or productivity increase opportunity.

- Collaborate with Operations, HR, WFM, and other stakeholders to align resource planning with business priorities.

- Provide data-driven insights and reports to leadership on resource utilization, scheduling performance, and forecasting.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency, workforce distribution, and planning.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

- Proven experience in workforce, resource planning, operations, or scheduling management.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, forecasts, and reporting tools.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure, adapt quickly, and make informed decisions.
