Talent Acquisition Specialist

Aloplay is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Limassol.

You’ll take ownership of recruitment across multiple departments, combining proactive sourcing with strong hiring manager partnerships to attract and hire the right people. This role suits someone who understands the iGaming industry, can independently manage multiple hiring processes, and cares about delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing and sourcing through interviews, offers, and hiring.

- Recruit across operational, commercial, and technical functions, including Marketing, CRM, Customer Support, Compliance, Product, and Technology.

- Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, agree on selection criteria, and keep hiring processes moving.

- Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, direct outreach, industry networks, referrals, and relevant job platforms.

- Conduct structured screening interviews to assess experience, motivation, and suitability for the role.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring positions and future hiring needs.

- Coordinate interviews, gather timely feedback, and keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.

- Support offer discussions and negotiations, maintaining clear communication through to the candidate’s start date.

- Keep the ATS accurate and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline activity, delays, and risks.

- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance, and suggest practical improvements.

- Coordinate with external recruitment partners when required and support selected HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience, with solid recruitment experience within online gambling / iGaming.

- Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.

- Experience recruiting across several business functions and adapting your approach to different roles.

- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills, including engaging passive candidates.

- A good understanding of the iGaming talent market, common roles, and candidate expectations.

- Confidence working with hiring managers, providing market insights, and setting realistic expectations.

- Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on experience with an ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and other recruitment and AI tools.

- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling candidate information.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

- Experience recruiting in Cyprus and other international iGaming hubs.

- Exposure to employer branding, referral programmes, or recruitment process improvements.
