Heritage Roofing & Construction is a locally owned Texas company with over 14 years of experience providing homeowners with quality roofing and construction solutions. We're looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our growing sales team.
NO SALES OR ROOFING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
We provide paid training, hands-on field coaching, experienced sales leadership, and the tools you need to succeed. We're looking for people with drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with homeowners and perform roof inspections.
- Identify storm-related damage and help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process.
- Build customer relationships and generate referral business.
- Manage your sales pipeline and work toward sales goals.
- Coordinate with adjusters, customers, and production teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Strong work ethic and hunter mentality.
- Coachable, dependable, and comfortable talking to new people.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pickup truck required or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
- Comfortable working on roofs and at heights.
- Sales and project management experience are a plus, not requirements.
WHAT WE OFFER
UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL
- Base pay plus commission during up to 90 days of training.
- Transition to commission-only after training.
- First-year earning potential of $150K–$200K.
- Year two and beyond: $200K+ potential.
- Top representatives earn $300K–$500K+.
