CDL-A Dedicated Steel Hauling Driver | Wiremold - Hartford, CT
Pay Details & Schedule
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,300
- Annual Earnings: $61,000–$74,000
- $500 New Hire Transition Bonus , paid in full on the second paycheck
- $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred
- Paid Orientation: $250 per day for 2 days
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Home daily
- Up to 2,300 miles per week
Job Details
- Dedicated steel-hauling operation
- Roundtrip routes between Connecticut and Pennsylvania
- Haul steel coils in dry van trailers
- Loads secured on wooden pallets that must be nailed to the trailer floor for proper securement and weight distribution

Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Minimum age: 21
- DOT qualified
- Must pass a comprehensive drug test
- Satisfactory safety and employment history
