L&M Corrugated is looking for an experienced, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. In this role, you’ll help keep our operation running smoothly during busy periods, peak production, and staff absences, ensuring materials and finished products move safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

What You'll Do

- Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and accurately
- Transport finished goods to designated storage locations
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain accurate inventory movements and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse support and design/CAD table support as needed

What We're Looking For
- Previous forklift experience required
- Availability to work on an as-needed basis, including on short notice
- Flexibility to work varying shifts when called in
- Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliability and responsiveness when scheduled or called in
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus
