The brand is understated, confident and customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on quality, value and creating products people genuinely want to wear.The Operations Team Leader RoleAs Operations Team Leader, you will take ownership of the operational heartbeat of the store, ensuring stock moves efficiently from delivery to the shop floor and that the team always has what it needs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.What You’ll Be DoingLeading daily stockroom and back-of-house operationsCoordinating deliveries and ensuring stock is processed accurately and efficientlyDriving replenishment to maintain strong product availability across the shop floorMaintaining an organised, commercially effective and trade-ready stockroomSupporting stock counts, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention processesDelegating operational tasks and keeping the team focused on prioritiesCoaching colleagues on stock-management processes and operational standardsWorking closely with the management and visual teams to support product launches and floor movesMaintaining high standards across health and safety, compliance and housekeepingIdentifying operational challenges, taking ownership and finding practical solutionsSupporting the wider store team during busy trading periodsWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience within retail stockroom, inventory or store operationsExperience supervising, coaching or leading a teamStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailConfidence managing deliveries, replenishment and competing operational prioritiesA hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck inThe ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and high standardsStrong communication skills and the confidence to work across different store functionsCommercial awareness and an understanding of how strong operations support salesFlexibility to work across weekdays, evenings and weekendsAbout YouYou care about what you do and take pride in doing things properly.
