About this role
This position ensures that Casino guests have an exceptional entertainment experience by supervising Live Games department staff and activities. The position also has a strong emphasis on risk management and game protection, by monitoring game play for discrepancies or deviations from procedure.
Successful completion of Grade 12 or GED or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience. Experience in the Gaming industry, preferably in the Live Games department would be an asset.
Experience assisting with recruitment, training and coaching of staff while in a supervisor role.
