You’ll work across the full building, develop pricing, analyze trade bids, identify risk, and help shape winning strategies.

Qualifications

- Two or more years of commercial/institutional construction estimating experience.
- Experience with a general contractor and exposure to multiple building scopes.
- Strong ability to read drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Comfortable with take-offs, trade pricing, bid analysis, and estimate preparation.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with estimating software.
- Organized and able to perform under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, curious, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions.
- Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into increasingly complex estimates.
