Automotive Service Cashier – Dealership
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our busy automotive dealership's Service Department. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Process customer payments for service and repair work.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Review and close out service repair orders.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and balance daily transactions.
- Assist service advisors and other department staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
