Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer with data center analytics experience. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Monitor DDMI systems
- Perform basic troubleshooting
- Restart jobs when appropriate
- Escalate issues
- Record/update tickets in the DDMI Service Management tool
- Provide escort services for customers, suppliers, and business partners
- System monitoring and troubleshooting
- Job restarts and escalation
- Ticket management
- Data Center Operations
- Patching and system upgrades
- Executing RFCs
- Patch-panel cabling
- System builds and decommissions
- Racking/de-racking hardware
- Escort services
- Weekend ITSM debrief/status reporting
