About this role
What’s the role about?
We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail and an interest in ecommerce to join our Digital team, supporting how products go live and are presented across Reiss digital platforms. You’ll help with product set-up, data checks and ongoing optimisation, working with internal product teams and Next Total Platform contacts. Alongside the wider team, you’ll develop your understanding of digital trading and how accurate product information supports the customer journey and online demand.
You’ll currently be in your second year of university studies and available to join us for a 52-week placement from Monday 28th June 2027.
Who you are
- Interested in building a career in luxury fashion ecommerce, with a curiosity about digital trading and the online customer journey.
- Detail-focused and comfortable checking product information and keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
- Proactive and interested in solving problems, with the confidence to ask questions and seek support when needed.
- A clear communicator who enjoys building relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
- Previous shop floor or head office retail experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting onsite checks and research to understand how product presentation can improve the customer journey and support conversion, sharing observations with the team.
- Helping maintain the master attribute file, completing accurate updates within agreed deadlines and using available data to build your commercial awareness.
- Checking incoming deliveries for missing or incorrect product data, resolving straightforward issues and escalating more complex queries to the appropriate team member.
- Learning the end-to-end process for getting products live across teams and systems, supporting initial set-up and following up on missing information under guidance.
- Checking product titles, descriptions, colourway groupings, matching items and attributes for accuracy, and helping apply agreed SEO keywords to improve product findability.
- Completing checks once products are live, flagging or amending issues under guidance and ensuring relevant imagery is available on product detail pages.
- Working with internal product, trade and content teams and external Next Total Platform contacts to support day-to-day digital activity and selected projects.
- Attending relevant meetings, preparing updates or questions where required and completing agreed actions on time.
What we offer

- Up to 65% employee discount.
- Access to exclusive sample sales.
