We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:

- Capture and manage traceable requirements in enough detail to enable iterative development
- Develop and deploy optimised operational processes and customer journeys including root cause analysis and improvement recommendations
- Apply Design Thinking to solve complex problems and shape solutions that meet customer needs
- Support Product Owners with decision making, backlog grooming and understanding business propositions to realise benefits
- Partner with Business, Technology and Digital teams to align delivery to market priorities and Group direction
- Coordinate with flow to work teams such as HR, Legal, Compliance, Fraud and BRCM to enable delivery and adoption
- Oversee workstreams or teams within complex change initiatives including managing Associate Business Analysts and Business Test Analysts
- Manage delivery risks and ensure the delivery approach aligns to relevant bank policies with timely escalation of control and reputation issues

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bring proven experience delivering change initiatives within a delivery environment
- Demonstrate capability to identify, document and manage change requirements end to end
- Show experience managing a team of change delivery practitioners or workstreams
- Apply a clear understanding of the change lifecycle across requirements, design, change management and implementation
- Offer knowledge of the retail financial services industry
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels and across multiple teams
- Partner effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to secure buy-in and sustained engagement
- Use structured critical thinking and problem solving to evaluate issues and shape practical solutions
