Ancira CJDR is hiring Certified Automotive Technicians to join our Service Team. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7-5 8-6. Alternating Saturdays 8-3

Compensation: $30 - $60 Flag Rate Depending on Experience/Certifications

Key Responsibilities

- Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards

- Maintain high levels of workmanship, productivity, and efficiency

- Accurately document work performed on repair orders

- Follow all safety policies and procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

- Automotive technician certification required for the Automotive Technician role

- Quality-focused, coachable, and team-oriented mindset

- Valid drivers license and ability to meet driving and insurability requirements

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing

- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
