This is a hands-on, predominantly administrative position suited to someone who genuinely enjoys structured, detail-oriented work, takes pride in accuracy, and can independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with our HR team and serve as an important point of coordination for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information across HR systems, databases, and internal records.
- Support recruitment administration, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and preparation of hiring documentation.
- Monitor shared HR inboxes, respond to routine inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up or escalation when necessary.
- Assist with HR administrative activities for our European operations, particularly Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
- Track administrative deadlines, maintain organized documentation, and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion.
- Support the coordination of virtual employee engagement activities, internal events, and HR communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR function and evolving business needs.

- Exceptional attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to accuracy, consistency, and completeness when handling employee records, documentation, and repetitive administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and consistently deliver accurate work on time.
- A proactive, dependable, and responsive working style, with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow through on commitments without constant supervision in a remote environment.
- Practical experience supporting US HR administration, including employee documentation, onboarding processes, and HR record management.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining responsiveness and effective collaboration with colleagues across different time zones.
