Sunrise Landscape, a Lawn & Landscape Top 100 company, is hiring Landscape Crew Leaders to join our Tampa team. We provide landscape maintenance for commercial, private, and public properties and are committed to delivering excellent service with the support of our 1,000-strong team.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and supervise daily landscape installation activities for assigned crews and project sites.
• Delegate tasks and provide clear directions to crew members to ensure efficient workflow and quality completion.
• Train and develop crew members on proper installation methods, safety standards, and company expectations.
• Conduct daily crew start-ups to review project plans, priorities, and safety expectations.
• Monitor crew productivity and labor hours to align with project budgets and schedules.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of professional landscape installation experience.
• Minimum of 1-year previous crew leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and execute project plans and layouts.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds multiple times per day in hot temperatures.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including heat, high humidity, and
rain.
- To qualify as a Driver of our crews, in addition to the above, you must:
- Possess a valid driver’s license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.
