Transportation Supervisor

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for day to day transportation operations, which include maintaining driver relations and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a Full-Time position

- Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

- Daily Load and Route Planning
- Load Tracking
- Interacting with drivers
- Customer Service and reporting
- Dispatching trucks to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Work with other Terminal Managers in your area
- Communicating with Customer daily by phone and email
- Audit Billing
- Payroll
- Fleet Maintenance scheduling

Qualifications:

- Transportation/dispatch experience is required
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Windows and TMW)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have strong Customer and Driver interaction skills

The expected starting pay range for this position is $53,242.80 - $70,990.40 annualized salary. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
