Position Overview
We are hiring dependable and motivated General Labor Associates for multiple production positions at a manufacturing facility in Killbuck, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to earn competitive pay, gain hands-on manufacturing experience, and build a path toward long-term employment.

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Remove, organize, and package finished products.
- Load and move materials as needed.
- Perform general production and manufacturing tasks.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
