Loader/Unloader – 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (50 hours/week)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, entry-level Loader/Unloader to support operations on an automated powder coating line. This hands-on position involves loading and unloading metal products, monitoring equipment, and preparing finished products for shipment. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload metal products onto a moving conveyor.
- Monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist with operating presses, brakes, benders, and manual welding equipment as needed.
- Band, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Entry-level position; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and regularly lift and handle metal products.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow safety procedures.
